Are you ready to dive into the world of system administration and technical support? We’re looking for a Technical Support Intern to assist in setting up and maintaining internal systems and resolving technical issues. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with system setup, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to the team.

During the internship, your mentor will support you in learning and developing professionally. Your manager will introduce you to the Adcash team and our work culture and onboard you to our office activities.

This paid internship has a competitive salary package, including Adcashers' perks.
The deadline to apply is April 30, 2025, and the internship will last a minimum of three months.

What You’ll Do...

• Assist with setting up new workstations, including configuring computers, monitors, and other hardware components.
• Handle screen cabling, network connectivity, and ensure proper hardware setup for employees.
• Provide support for system and software installations, ensuring all workstations are ready for new hires.
• Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing basic repairs and configurations.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal IT infrastructure.
• Help set up and configure new devices (laptops, desktops, etc.) and peripheral devices (keyboards, mice, printers).
• Support users in troubleshooting system issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist the team in managing hardware inventory and ensuring equipment is properly organized.
• Contribute to creating and updating internal documentation for system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Has a strong interest in system administration and IT infrastructure.
• Is hands-on and eager to learn how to configure, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Has basic knowledge of setting up computer systems, including screen cabling, networking, and peripheral devices.
• Is comfortable working independently or in collaboration with others.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Has great communication skills in English and can assist end-users with technical issues.
