We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting technical integrations, collaborating with clients, and ensuring seamless connectivity between systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring optimal performance and addressing any challenges that arise in the integration process.

What you will do…

• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored integration solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of integrating technical solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure data integrity and proper flow between systems by understanding and working with data formats like JSON and XML.
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor system performance to ensure integration stability and proactively address potential issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders as needed.
  
  

We'd love to meet someone with...

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid understanding of HTML and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
