TO INFINITY & BEYOND

I joined Adcash in 2012. Back then, I was simply looking for an internship at the end of my master's. I ended up finding a company where I felt at home and where I met a team that is more than just colleagues. Since then, there haven't been two years that are similar: technologies, the industry, and challenges keep evolving, making my experience at Adcash always exciting.

Joining Adcash gave me the opportunity to make many new friends from many countries. This experience has broadened my perspective and knowledge about different cultures. In addition, the support, trust, and opportunities provided by Adcashers make this place truly one of a kind. Two years later, working here continues to be an invaluable experience.

I joined Adcash as a fraud agent, and my god, there was a lot of fraud to be stopped back then - What I love about Adcash from day one is that you can work on different things and implement changes fast as there’s no corporate hierarchy and bureaucracy. It’s a great environment for growing and learning, which has resulted in my being a member of the product team. I also appreciate the flexibility part and the attitude of getting things done. And, of course, I must mention that my dog loves to come to work with me (not too often, though, as he has his own work-life balance preferences).

I’ve had several internships, and being the “IT guy” sometimes made it hard to connect with others. However, at Adcash, it was different. Not just my team, but everyone in the company was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. Working with such supportive people made me feel valued and part of something special. As an intern at Adcash, I had a chance to work on real-life projects, gaining hands-on experience with automation, continuous integration, and cloud infrastructure.
