The Social Media Specialist job is simple: to create engaging content while making ad tech easy to understand. What you will do…

• Create and execute a social media calendar and strategy to align with business goals.

• Generate, edit, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).

• Improve the performance of the social posts with strategic paid activations, and create social ads to increase engagement and brand awareness.

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.

• Engage, educate, and grow our social media communities.

• Analyze the impact of social media communication to measure and improve performance.

• Assist with all marketing mix areas to drive traffic to the website and convert visitors into customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

We'd love to meet someone with...

• Fluency in social media: great understanding of trends and omnichannel communication

• 1+ year of experience in a communications or social media role

• Eagerness to conceptualise and deliver clever creative content (text, image, and video)

• Experience with social media ads (Meta is a must, anything else a plus)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Good understanding of social media tracking and monitoring

• Great adaptability and a "can-do" attitude

• Exceptional teamwork skills

What would be a plus...

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe XD) and Figma

• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
