Are you a good communicator and like to help clients become successful? We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for maintaining Adcash self-served partnerships and drive revenue on the Adcash online advertising platform.
What you will do…
- Manage and actively help onboard self-served leads coming through the onboarding panel.
- Proactively reach out via email, Skype or any adequate means of communication to the customers that need help during the onboarding process or optimizing their campaigns.
- Find opportunities to cross-sell formats or test alternative targeting options that could help customers achieve their goals and increase their lifetime.
- Work with partners to achieve performance goals and proactively push for accounts’ growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including campaign setup, verification and optimization, track campaign delivery and monitor performance.
- Track trends - be on top of the daily/weekly/monthly trends and make recommendations based on them.
